I purchased a wardrobe, during assembly a glass door was broken leaving the door broken and an incomplete wardrobe unusable in the house. After 30 days I receive the call to replace the door, which was immediately denied because a piece is still missing, and I still don't have a date for the replacement. Never again Behome, never again. I put a star because I couldn't put -1 Update: glass delivered, now waiting for the final assembly The editors proved to be up to the task

Courteous and clear seller in the description of the products and in the delivery methods of the products. Good quality bed and mattress. Defective net which must be replaced in 30 working days. Fast after-sales assistance. Good, precise and punctual fitters. A little something to review on sales techniques in terms of proposed prices. Good overall impression

The furniture was made exactly as per the project. Installers were precise and organized and very attentive to order and cleanliness both during work and when the work was completed. absolutely recommended

Good value for money.. bad organization and shipping times that would make anyone lose patience.. I ordered a living room with sofa and kitchen in July.. flaw in every element... It's December and I still have the furniture in the living room dismantled waiting for them to bring us the right zips for the underside of the sofa which I picked up more than a month ago because the fabric arrived broken and I haven't yet had a delivery date... as far as the furniture is concerned, zero attention to detail, we had chosen some aesthetic elements and today we have all the screws you can see.
